• Billing Cycle: Automatic renewal on the same day each month
• Payment Methods: M-Pesa (Paystack), Visa/Mastercard (Stripe)
• Currency: Kenyan Shillings (KES) or US Dollars (USD)

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refund for unused portion of current month (see refund policy below)
• Access continues until the end of your paid period
• To cancel: Email support@mindfiti.com or use dashboard settings

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Refund Eligibility:

• ✅ Full refund within 30 days of first subscription
• ✅ One refund per customer
• ✅ Must request via email to support@mindfiti.com
• ✅ Refund processed within 5-7 business days
• ❌ No refunds after 30 days
• ❌ No partial refunds for unused time

Payment Processing

• M-Pesa: Processed by Paystack (secure, PCI-compliant)
• Cards: Processed by Stripe (secure, PCI-compliant)
• Transaction Fees: All fees included in subscription price
• Failed Payments: You'll receive email notification. Access suspended after 3 failed attempts

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price increase.

2. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when subscribing
• One account per person

3. Scope of Service

What MindFiti Provides:

• ✅ Progress tracking and gamification
• ✅ Daily check-ins and mood monitoring

What MindFiti Does NOT Provide:

• ❌ Medical diagnosis or treatment
• ❌ Professional therapy or counseling
• ❌ Prescription medication or medical advice
• ❌ Emergency crisis intervention
• ❌ Replacement for 12-step programs or rehab

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the platform for lawful, personal recovery purposes only
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Provide accurate information in assessments
• Seek professional help if you're in crisis or need medical care
• Not share copyrighted content or violate others' rights
• Not misuse AI features or attempt to hack the platform

5. Affiliate Disclosure

We only recommend products and apps that:

• Are evidence-based and scientifically supported
• Have positive user reviews and track records
• Align with recovery best practices
• We would use ourselves or recommend to friends/family

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on MindFiti (assessments, AI feedback, design, code) is proprietary
• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content
• Your personal data and assessment responses belong to you
• We may use anonymized aggregate data for research and improvement

7. Limitation of Liability

• Reliance on AI-generated content or recommendations
• Decisions made based on assessment results
• Technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions
• Third-party products, apps, or services linked from our platform
• Any medical, psychological, or health outcomes

Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms
• Modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice
• Remove content that violates our policies

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
